Innovation programs
From a recurring problem to a shipped, supported product, one small scope at a time.
The problem
Large organizations generate ideas easily. Shipping them is the hard part.
Innovation stalls in familiar places: scope grows until nothing is finished, pilots never become products, and the people who had the problem are not the people building the solution. What survives is usually a slide deck.
Renevell exists because of that gap. Our products are built with a method designed to get past it, and we apply it to every problem we take on.
The Renevell method
- Start from a recurring problem
- Not a technology or a trend. Something a team works around by hand every week is a problem worth solving.
- One job, solved completely
- Scope is the first design decision. A product that does one thing fully beats a platform that does ten things partly.
- Ship, then evolve with users
- Release early enough to learn, and let support conversations shape the next version. Every release is documented.
- Support as part of the product
- A support channel that reaches a person, security first, and patches that arrive. Innovation that is not maintained is just a pilot.
In practice
EA Sphere is the method applied: a problem every operations team has, scoped to one job, built in two editions, and supported by the people who built it.
Organizations building an innovation practice of their own will find how we work on the About page, and can start a conversation at support@renevell.com.
